To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has given express consent to the trader beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed their acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 356(5) BGB — German Civil Code).
By confirming the order and starting the AI processing, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
